Our "No-DOA" Return Policy:
All items are guaranteed working on arrival unless described as "Parts Only" or "Not Tested, Not Guaranteed."
We simply do not have the means to test everything we come across, so those things not tested are usually highly discounted. Our product sources do not generally supply us with faulty products, so this is generally a win-win for the buyer.
All other items are guaranteed working on arrival. If any item is not working as specified, you have 7 days after receiving the DOA product to file a claim for a Return Authorization. You must contact Customer Support at 619-764-0964 to file your claim.
Have your invoice number ready when calling. After 7 days, all warranties, if any, are through the product manufacturer and Acme Everything expresses no guarantees or warranties beyond the initial 7 days.
Shipping Policy:
We ship to the US and to select countries with outstanding shipping policies. Anything shipped outside the USA, Europe, or Australia is not covered under our "No-DOA" return policy. All shipments to the US are sent through USPS with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
Handling Policy:
We ship items out within 24 - 48 hours of placing an order, when order is placed with a secure credit card or bank card through paypal. If paid with a personal check, items are held for up to 30 days prior to shipping, to insure checks are cleared. The average wait time for a personal check is 3-7 days, however in some cases it may take up to 30 days. This is to prevent scamming through personal checks. Money Orders and Cashiers checks may be held up to 90 days before item is shipped. To avoid all hassle, please use an electronic transfer.
